About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee social housing refurbishment projects across Hull and East Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor delivering meaningful regeneration work that improves communities and residents’ lives.
Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day site operations on refurbishment projects
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, residents, and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and foster a positive site culture
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, ideally within social housing or refurbishment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve challenges effectively
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (or equivalent)
