While we are committed to the goals of the gender pay gap report our individual report is of limited analytical as it includes pay information for all the agency workers we provide to clients. NRG works closely with all of our clients to ensure they are offering a fair and competitive pay structure for agency workers but the number of different clients and pay structures included in the calculation makes comparisons difficult.
