Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site management, ensuring that site performance meets contractual requirements in a cost-effective and timely manner. You will work closely with the Construction Manager and manage projects from conception to completion, with the goal of making a significant impact on both the business and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring progress and performance align with the project scope and deadlines.

  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget and meet contractual requirements.

  • Provide leadership and direction to site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • A client-focused, results-driven approach with flexibility and adaptability.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience managing projects valued between £8 million and £15 million.

  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant construction field.

  • In-date SMSTS, CSCS First Aid Card.

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

  • Salary: Competitive

  • Work Location: On the road (site-based)
