Residential Surveyor (MRICS or AssocRICS)
Location: Nationwide (Home Working)
Salary: £55,000–£60,000 + £5,000 car allowance + benefits

A well-established and forward-thinking property consultancy is seeking a qualified and motivated Residential Surveyor to join its expanding professional services team. Key Responsibilities
Undertake residential surveys and valuations for purposes including secured lending, acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio reviews
Produce clear, well-evidenced reports that reflect local market conditions and client needs
Build and maintain strong client relationships across the lending, investor, and developer sectors
Collaborate with internal teams across valuation, building consultancy, and project management
Assist in mentoring and supporting junior surveyors and APC candidates
Stay informed on market trends, legislative updates, and professional best practices
Contribute to ongoing business development and client retention
Requirements
MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
Demonstrable experience in residential valuation and reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry valuation tools
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally or regionally
Ability to manage workload independently while contributing to team success
