About the role

Trilingual (English/Lithuanian/Russian) First Response Advisor

Location: Newcastle City Centre

Salary: £22,250 per annum

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a trilingual First Response Advisor (English/Lithuanian/Russian) to join a busy legal team in Newcastle City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a professional manner to become an integral part of our client care team.

The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients, handling enquiries in all three languages. You will play a key role in ensuring that client information is accurately captured and that each enquiry is managed efficiently and with care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails, providing clear and professional information in English, Lithuanian and Russian, depending on client needs.

  • Attendance Taking: Record accurate details of client enquiries and attendance notes for the First Response Team, ensuring information is logged correctly.

  • Client Support: Assist clients with initial queries and direct them to the appropriate department or legal team member.

  • Case Administration: Update case management systems with relevant client data and maintain accurate and confidential records.

  • Team Coordination: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth client journey and seamless handover of information.

  • Compliance: Ensure all communication and data handling meet the firm’s compliance and confidentiality standards.

About You

  • Fluent language skills in English, Lithuanian and Russian are essential, as the role involves supporting clients who communicate in these languages.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

  • Confident working in a fast-paced office environment and managing multiple priorities.

  • Previous experience in an administrative, call-handling or customer service role—ideally within a legal or professional services environment—is desirable but not essential.

NRG is an equal opportunities employer committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace. We oppose all forms of unlawful or unfair discrimination on the grounds of any protected characteristic. Our aim is to create an environment that encourages diversity, builds on individual differences, and responds equitably to the needs of all. We proactively take steps to fulfil our legal obligations, remove barriers, monitor for fairness, reflect the communities we serve, and enforce a zero-tolerance policy for breaches of our Equality and Diversity policy.
