About the role
A growing professional services organisation is looking for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join its friendly, city‑centre based payroll team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing varied payrolls, building strong client relationships, and delivering accurate, high‑quality work.
What You’ll Do
Manage full end‑to‑end weekly and monthly payrolls for a range of organisations.
Set up and administer pension schemes, including calculations and data submissions.
Build effective relationships with clients, understanding their needs and resolving queries.
Carry out reconciliations and manual payroll calculations when required.
What We’re Looking For
Experience working in payroll, ideally within a bureau or multi‑client environment.
Strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple payrolls independently from start to finish.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook, plus an understanding of BACS processes.
Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑focused approach.
What’s on Offer
Salary in the region of £25,000–£28,000, depending on experience.
Hybrid working options after probation (37.5 hours per week).
