About the role
An IT company based in Boldon who are committed to providing quality services and delivering exceptional client outcomes, consistently earning Defaqto 5 star ratings, are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team.
You will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to users, ensuring incidents are resolved in an efficient and professional manner and in line with service level commitments.
The post holder is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to all supported IT business systems, hardware and applications.
There is a lot of freedom in this role to explore the best solutions for user issues, and in turn you will be encouraged to develop your technical skills by supporting some challenging and interesting products and technologies.
Provision of quality 1st and 2nd line technical support
Accurate recording of issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system
Accurate recording of hardware in the asset management system
Take responsibility and ownership of incidents and requests
Provide guidance to users on technical and/or business knowledge
Demonstrable documentation skills (reports, policies, procedures, workflows)
Salary up to £25,000
