The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, client-focused Account Executive / Client Director to join a high-performing Employee Benefits team, helping to expand their footprint across the West Midlands, Manchester, and the wider UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, entrepreneurial professional who thrives on relationship building, business development, and delivering exceptional client service. You’ll have access to a large existing network and a ready-made pipeline of SME and corporate clients to engage with.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cross-selling within an extensive client base.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and partner brokerages.
Provide expert, strategic advice on Employee Benefits solutions, ensuring tailored support for each client.
Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate closely with regional partners, combining home working with visits to partner offices across the UK.
About You
Proven experience in Employee Benefits, Group Risk, or Health Insurance.
Strong track record in new business development and client retention.
Confident, credible communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and commercially focused, with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude.
Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
IT proficient – familiarity with insurer portals and Acturis (advantageous).
