HR Business Partner

About the role

We are working with a rapidly growing business based in Newcastle that has doubled its headcount over the past 12 months and is continuing to scale at pace. As a result, they are seeking an experienced Senior Business HR Partner to join them on an initial 3 month interim contract to support the business through this exciting period of growth and change.

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will partner closely with senior leaders to ensure the people agenda supports ongoing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to senior stakeholders across the business

  • Support organisational growth, change and workforce planning initiatives

  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management and engagement

  • Lead and support HR projects aligned to business priorities

  • Coach and influence leaders to build strong people management capability

  • Ensure HR policies and processes are fit for a scaling organisation

About You:

  • Proven experience operating at Senior HR Business Partner level

  • Strong background supporting fast-growth or change-led environments

  • Confident influencing and challenging at senior leadership level

  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice

  • Pragmatic, commercial and able to hit the ground running

  • Available at short notice or immediately

This role would suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in dynamic, evolving environments and is comfortable adding value quickly within a short-term assignment.
