About the role
We are working with a rapidly growing business based in Newcastle that has doubled its headcount over the past 12 months and is continuing to scale at pace. As a result, they are seeking an experienced Senior Business HR Partner to join them on an initial 3 month interim contract to support the business through this exciting period of growth and change.
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will partner closely with senior leaders to ensure the people agenda supports ongoing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted HR partner to senior stakeholders across the business
Support organisational growth, change and workforce planning initiatives
Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management and engagement
Lead and support HR projects aligned to business priorities
Coach and influence leaders to build strong people management capability
Ensure HR policies and processes are fit for a scaling organisation
About You:
Proven experience operating at Senior HR Business Partner level
Strong background supporting fast-growth or change-led environments
Confident influencing and challenging at senior leadership level
Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Pragmatic, commercial and able to hit the ground running
Available at short notice or immediately
This role would suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in dynamic, evolving environments and is comfortable adding value quickly within a short-term assignment.
