Catherine is Associate Director of HR Services and brings over 20 years of recruitment experience starting in finance, Marketing, corporate services, and business support, and for the past five years she has specialised in HR & Development building strong relationships with businesses across the North East. Having placed junior to senior level HR professionals across the UK, she is dedicated to providing a comprehensive approach to attracting top talent. Market knowledge is key when working with HR professionals and understanding exactly what they need and aligning this to meet expectations.

Working with Catherine this year has been fantastic.
