About the role
Our client is a global music product manufacturer, who distributes a variety of music accessories across multiple brand names, throughout Europe and globally. Their Europe Head Office is based on the outskirts of Newcastle.
As someone who has experience in a project management role, or even a marketing environment, you will be assisting the marketing team in delivering marketing strategies for the business on time and on budget.

About the role:
You will be involved in proofing, translation and distribution of Sales and Marketing material
Manage in-store merchandising parts and distribution
Hosting and documenting meetings
Project management- creating calendars and timelines and team tasks
Updating other marketing teams within the business about progress of projects
B2B marketing- including e-shot delivery, website content and performance reporting
Experience:
At least 2 years’ experience in project administration
Experience in collaborating with others to achieve business success
Experience in a design or marketing environment, especially project management
Personality:
Confident
Hard working and results orientated
Good communicator and easy to get on with
Organised with great attention to detail
Resilient, able to work through problems as they arise
Team player and able to keep a cool head under pressure
Great sense of humour
What’s in it for you:
Salary of up to £26,000 depending on experience
Working hours of 0900 – 1700 with flexible working available
3% Pension contributions
10% goals based quarterly bonus
