Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are supporting a growing agency that creates a wide range of web and application solutions for clients across multiple sectors. They are looking for a software developer who is genuinely interested in digital product development and wants to be involved in building high-quality, user-focused solutions.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety in their work and is comfortable contributing across both front end and back end development.

What you will be doing:

  • Developing and maintaining web and application solutions across a range of projects
  • Working closely with designers and other developers to bring ideas to life
  • Contributing to technical discussions, planning and delivery
  • Taking ownership of features and seeing them through to completion
  • Writing clean, maintainable and well-structured code

Experience you will bring:

  • Solid commercial experience in object-oriented programming using a strongly typed language such as Java or C#
  • Hands-on experience with front end development using modern frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue
  • Confidence working across both front end and back end, as this is a full stack role
  • A genuine interest in digital development and the type of work produced in an agency or studio environment
  • Ability to clearly demonstrate current, hands-on experience with the technologies listed on your CV

For those targeting the upper end of the salary range, we would expect to see:

  • Experience leading or owning parts of a project
  • Involvement in planning, specifications or project delivery discussions
  • Exposure to mentoring or supporting more junior developers

Working Environment

This is a fully office based role - there is no flexibility for remote / hybrid working.
