Proclaims Software Developer

About the role

A leading business in the legal space providing nationwide accident management and rehabilitation services for victims of non-fault accidents are looking for a Proclaims Developer

Due to growth and expansion, they’re looking to build up their team and need someone to be at the forefront of Proclaims and Case Management Systems development. The ideal candidate will be someone with proven experience and, if possible, an understanding of working in a legal environment to shape the development landscape.

Based in Edinburgh, the client wants you to work exactly how YOU want, meaning this role can be worked fully remotely OR hybrid!

Responsibilities;

  • Programming, design, and maintenance of the Proclaim Management System, developing new workflows and document templates as well as programming and design of various applications for integrations into Proclaim Case Management System

  • Provide support for all case management related issues, including liaising with 3rd party suppliers

  • Assist where necessary with any training requirements and materials arising from new/amended workflows

  • Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team for this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it

Requirements;

  • Experience with Proclaim development and case management systems

  • Strong analytical and communication skills with enthusiasm to learn the mechanics of complex case management system

  • High degree of data analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Able to work on projects alone or as part of a team

  • REST API (rest services in Proclaim), Webservices, SOAP, experience in the legal sector are all desired but not needed to be fit for the role.
