About the role
Are you available for a 12–15-month contract as an HRBP?
Our client is a recognised charity, and they have an opportunity to join their HR team reporting into the HR Manager.
Do you enjoy a generalist HR role?
You will provide a high-quality HR service to the Charity’s service areas on a full range of HR matters including coaching managers in ER, performance management, employee engagement to enable them to find solutions to people related issues.
Do you also like strategic project work?
There will be the change to be part of specific projects including change management, restructuring, TUPE and redundancy. You will hold exceptional coaching skills to guide through periods of change and identify opportunities to fully maximise people resources. Wellbeing and learning and development are at the forefront of this charity.
This role is a fully generalist one with a strategic element and the chance to be part of a great team.
The role is full time with a hybrid approach and great benefits.
