About the role
We’re recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager to join a leading Software as a Service business that provides a digital platform to help businesses become more efficient. The role reports into the chief revenue officer and will receive mentoring to help develop the marketing strategy.
The role offers hybrid working, with an office based in Newcastle and offers a salary of
£40,000 - £50,000

Responsibilities:
- Develop the overarching marketing strategy for 12 to 24 month periods with the support of the Chief Revenue Officer
- Set out the digital marketing strategy monitoring performance and adjusting to enhance results
- Implement digital nurture programmes to capture and drive performance through to demonstrations and successful product trials
- Prepare the monthly social media calendar in partnership with our agency, to maximise engagement
- Develop and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Increase inbound lead generation through high quality activity
Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Behaviours
- Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B environment with a significant focus on digital marketing
- Proven delivery of integrated digital marketing campaigns with tangible results across multiple channels
- Can demonstrate a high proficiency in marketing and CRM tools (ideally HubSpot or similar), with experience of translating data into action
- Have had experience of managing or working with agencies, creating positive outcomes
