About the role
One of the largest motor retailers in the UK with a turnover exceeding 3 billion are looking for a CRM Manager to join their team.
This role is based in Gateshead with hybrid working available.
Role
As part of the CRM team, you will be expected to stay on top of the latest developments in relevant technology and data and be an ambassador for the capabilities of CRM around the business.
Activity will be directed at both new customers, lapsed customers, and existing customers who we want to keep engaged so they come back for service, accessories, and their next car.

Attract new and never bought / lapsed customers for sales

Leverage technology and customer data to provide actionable insight and performance improvements
Requirements
Previous experience in CRM – use of relevant systems, creation and operation of CRM activities
Confident in using corporate software and online marketing tools
Confidence working with, analysing, and drawing conclusions from, data
Interest in the world of cars and drivers
Knows how to brief agencies / studios to get good, effective creative work
