An exciting opportunity has come up with a renowned provider of managed IT support and cyber services. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their successful sales team.
Role
As the Business Development Manager you will identify, follow-up and close business opportunities using strategic solution-led identification. As well as this you will be creating and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. The role will entail presenting and selling the best Data & Analytics tools to customers based on their needs. You will actively build up a sales pipeline that will allow you to meet targets through market activity and networking.
Responsibilities
Acquire new business by using best in class levels of strategic solution-led identification
Self-generate leads.
Prospect new accounts, generate interest by contacting new clients.
Grow sales opportunities generated from marketing activities, and generate sales opportunities independently through networking and market research.
Create long-lasting relationships with customers.
Requirements
Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics or SaaS IT sales experience
An interest in Business Intelligence and Data driven decision making.
A consultative approach to sales in order to create long- term customer relationships.
Effective account management skills.
Willing to learn and communicate technical and licensing solutions to a variety of stakeholders.
Proven ability to produce engaging and accurate proposals.
Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
Full UK driving license.
