About the role
The largest producing theatre company in the North East of England are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join their Communications and Sales Team.
Experienced in marketing management, you will be someone who is proactive, creative, data curious and results-driven - a real team leader and collaborator who is experienced in working with a variety of marketing strategies.
This role is based in Newcastle with hybrid working available.
The role
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the marketing, communications and press teams to ensure sales of the company’s events, through a combination of nurturing the existing customer base while also growing a diverse range of new audiences.
The responsibilities
Assist the planning and implementation of creative and results-driven marketing campaigns to increase attendance and sales.
Implement cross-selling strategies including audience loyalty and visitor services strategies to grow audiences.
Assist in the management of the website content and CRM database, using them both as tools to communicate clearly and effectively to audiences.
Requirements
Preferably experience in a similar role.
Experience in managing a team.
A deep knowledge and understanding of marketing campaigns and data analysis.
Experience with a CRM database.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Rewards
Hybrid working, 4 days in the office, 1 day a week from home, either a Monday or Friday plus flexible start (between 8:30am-10am) and finish times (between 4pm-6pm).
