Property Safety Contract Support Officer (Temp, Up to 12 Weeks)

Location: Sunderland | Pay: £16.21/hr

We’re looking for a Contract Support Officer to support Contract Managers with specialist M&E works, ensuring homes stay safe and well-maintained.

What you’ll do:

• Liaise with customers and contractors to schedule appointments.

• Raise, update, and close work orders in the Housing Management System.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and work schedules.

• Support Contract Managers in delivering a “continuous improvement” culture.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong administration and IT skills (Microsoft Office).

• Experience with Housing Management Systems (ideally MRI Orchard System knowledge)

• Experience in a

  social housing or property maintenance environment.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
