We are currently working with a growing organisation in Sunderland to recruit a HR Advisor.

This role has a salary between £30,000-£32,000 with the opportunity for a hybrid work pattern.

What you will be doing:

You will work closely with the wider People team to support with generalist HR duties including:

• Supporting managers with employee relations, coaching, and providing updates on changes in legislation.

• Performance management.

• On-boarding and exit interviews.

• Recruitment.

• Organisational Development.

• Updating policies.

• Projects.

As the business grows there will always be opportunities to be involved in various projects as they arise such as ED&I, talent, and benefits.

About you:

• Generalist HR background and be a real people person.

• The ability to multitask and deal with confidential information.

• The ability to deal with key stakeholders and maintain strong relationships.
