About the role
Our client is one of the largest membership organisations in the Region and they are looking to appoint an International Support Advisor to join their growing team in Newcastle.
This is a dynamic and exciting role, dealing with member enquiries regarding international trade support. The role will work across departments, with colleagues and associates to provide a first-class service, reinforcing the businesses position as the go to organization for international trade support.
Their aim is to provide North Eat businesses with the expertise, tools, and support to enable their members to successfully trade internationally.
The right person will have excellent customer service skills, with positive, approachable, and friendly manner. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and an interest in international trade, policy or law.
Ideally you will hold a degree in business administration, law, international trade, or any other subjects closely related.
You will receive a basic salary of £23,000 plus 25 days annual leave, life assurance, healthcare plan, flexible working with a mix of home/office plus many more benefits!
