Are you available for a 6-month interim People Business Partner opportunity?

Our Gateshead based organisation have an opportunity to join their People team in a role which will offer significant contribution to delivering the People operational plan through effective business partnership with their management team.

As a trusted People Business Partner, you will provide advice and guidance to managers, enabling and supporting them to develop their knowledge and skills to manage people issues confidently.

The role will work in close partnership to identify, develop, and deliver client responsive, cost effective and innovative solutions to recruitment, employee relations and organizational change process.

Working closely with managers to provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations casework including disciplinary and grievances cases and management of sickness absence and performance management balancing risk and commercial business operational requirements.

You will have the opportunity to work on key projects to support the delivery of the People team operational plan.

The role will suit a generalist People candidate who has an interest in key projects.

Full time 37-hour week office based with great benefits offering a salary of £32,047 - £33,997.

Ideally you will be CIPD L5 qualified with experience of delivering effective people solutions in partnership with managers.
