A rare opportunity has arisen to join a growing Public Body based in Birmingham. This role offers a generalist approach managing a small team of HR Advisors.
Reporting into the Executive Head of Transformation, Strategy and People, the role will be key in leading the day-to-day delivery of the HR Services which will include recruitment, ER, development as well as the implementation of policies and procedures.
You will lead a team of HR Advisors, keeping them motivated and productive based on the values and behaviours within the leadership charter. Working collaboratively, you will take the lead in HR-related matters, sharing priorities and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion across the organisation.
Is coaching in your key skillset?
You will coach and build leaders and managers on all people matters, engaging and helping them to understand, assess and improve the capability and capacity of their teams.
