About the role

Our client is recognised by the legal 500. This role is offered on a permanent basis, working fully remote in the Liverpool / Manchester region. We are looking for an HDR Fee Earner up to Team Lead to join a young, dynamic and growing firm.  

In the role you will:

• Undertake caseload of 90+ files from inception to settlement

• Checking and review of initial information

• Talking to potential clients to assess if they have had disrepair to their house

• Reviewing disclosure and calculating quantum

• Checking and recording/diarising important dates (e.g. limitation, striking out, setting down, application for judgement, directions, assessment of damages, trial)

• Reviewing files and reporting regularly to clients, introducers, team leaders, others.

• Liaising, instructing and negotiating with solicitors, courts, counsel and other agencies.

• Reviewing surveyor reports.

• Liaising and negotiating with councils, solicitors, courts, counsel and other agencies.

• Dealing promptly with telephone enquiries from clients.

About you:

• 1 Year Litigation Experience

• Competent with MS Office

• HDR Experience c. 1 year+
