About the role
An organisation with international reach, require an administrator to work within their Business Support function. This is a fast-paced, varied position, based in the office full-time working 9-5, on a fixed term contract basis of 6 months.
About the role:
Assist with vetting of new employees in line with business regulations
Welcome visitors on arrival to the business, make sure enquiries are handled efficiently via the switchboard and email
Oversee customer feedback and ensure the highest standard of reply is received by the customer
Manage lost property, and make sure items claimed are returned to customers
Admin support to the wider business including document production
General office duties including ordering office supplies and processing incoming and outgoing mail
About you:
Some previous admin experience
Positive and keen personality
Professional telephone manner, with high levels of customer service
