Business Support Administrator

About the role

An organisation with international reach, require an administrator to work within their Business Support function. This is a fast-paced, varied position, based in the office full-time working 9-5, on a fixed term contract basis of 6 months.

About the role:

  • Assist with vetting of new employees in line with business regulations

  • Welcome visitors on arrival to the business, make sure enquiries are handled efficiently via the switchboard and email

  • Oversee customer feedback and ensure the highest standard of reply is received by the customer

  • Manage lost property, and make sure items claimed are returned to customers

  • Admin support to the wider business including document production

  • General office duties including ordering office supplies and processing incoming and outgoing mail

About you:

  • Some previous admin experience

  • Positive and keen personality

  • Professional telephone manner, with high levels of customer service
