Senior Client Delivery Manager

If this sounds like you, we are looking for an experienced Senior Client Delivery Manager to lead complex client campaigns, drive team performance, and deliver meaningful results. In this role, you’ll support, develop, and implement a structured delivery approach that not only meets but exceeds client expectations. You’ll oversee Client Delivery Managers, ensure seamless communication, and champion operational excellence across multifaceted project requirements.

Working Hours:

  • Hybrid – 2 days in the office & 3 at home

  • 12pm to 8pm to support your US clients

    • Flexibility to work 9am to 5pm on your days in the office

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor Client Delivery Managers to ensure flawless campaign execution and support team development.

  • Provide clear direction and support to ensure accountability and high performance across the delivery team.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with US-based clients and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns that align with your clients goals 

  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning delivery outcomes with client objectives and ensuring each campaign adds measurable value.

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects - ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of each campaign.

  • Monitor and improve KPIs, SLAs, and delivery processes to consistently achieve high-quality results.

  • Implement best practices and apply lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in campaign delivery.

  • Identify opportunities to standardise campaign delivery features that enhance client value.

  • Collaborate across departments to align delivery strategy with business goals and evolving needs.

  • Manage campaign delivery budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-efficiency without compromising quality.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in similar role within client delivery, client services, or project management

  • A proven ability to lead and coach teams in a performance-driven environment

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at senior level

  • Budget and commercial awareness, with a proactive, solutions-first mindset

  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines

  • Familiarity with project management tools and workflows
