Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

The Role
As Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative functions within the firm. You will oversee day-to-day office management, lead a team of administrative professionals, ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, and support overall business operations through a solutions-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing general office administration such as mail handling, office supplies, equipment and premises management.
Leading and supporting a team of administrative colleagues, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Monitoring team budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations.
Acting as a liaison between departments to foster effective internal communication and collaboration.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring that document management systems are up to date.
Leading the Health & Safety function, including conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance.
Overseeing and on occasion, covering the switchboard and reception desk, ensuring timely and professional client interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative leadership role.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A team player with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
Calm under pressure, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
