Exciting Career Opportunity – Quantity Surveyor – House Builder – North East

With a host of exciting developments in the pipeline, now is the perfect time to join a growing and dynamic housebuilder as Quantity Surveyor at their North East head office. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual eager to develop their career while playing a key role in delivering affordable homes and contributing to the ongoing success of a well-established business. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing cash flows, budgets, and valuations in line with company policies.

  • Build and maintain relationships with Housing Associations, third-party providers, and sub-contractors.

  • Support in land appraisals, commercial reports, and KPIs.

  • Ensure all expenditure aligns with commercial objectives and is accurately reported.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Some experience in Quantity Surveying (ideal, but not essential), with a focus on the construction or housebuilding industry.

  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.

  • A Full UK driving license and a flexible attitude towards business needs.
