About the role
We are excited to be partnered with a fast-growing digital business based in the North East. Due to continued success and innovative product launches, they are looking to hire 2 experienced Project Managers who will help transform the current product landscape.
To be successful in this role you don’t need to have an extensive IT background, however you will have experience working with IT development teams to take applications from conception through to development, testing and release.

What you’ll be doing:
Facilitate and support scrum events: Planning Sessions, Daily Stand Up, Refinements, and Retrospectives.
Work closely with development teams to create project plans, identify and track milestones, and communicate estimated delivery dates to the wider business.
Effective management of key risks and dependencies of projects as well as escalating to the relevant team when required.
Act as the point of contact for communication between the technical teams and the wider business.
Lead and plan software releases for application releases.
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Proven experience in Project or Delivery Management of software delivery.
Agile or Scrum Master experience.
Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating to maximise performance.
Experience managing application development (desirable).
