We’re working with an exciting Software Development Company in the heart of Newcastle who are offering an ideal candidate an exciting fixed-term contract within their thriving team.

Remote and flexible working are available.

As People Support Manager, your goal will be to make people experiences in the business the best they can be.

You'll find out what makes people thrive at work and what motivates them to be the best version of themselves. You'll provide day-to-day support like one-to-ones, pastoral care, and provide support onboarding new colleagues.  Your team will made up of approximately 30 people, mainly working within Software Engineering Teams.

Our client has colleagues based across the UK in this role you will ensure frequent interaction to drive engagement.

Do you genuinely love working with people?

You will offer one-to-one meetings and check-ins, seeking advice from or collaborating with other teams to provide support mechanisms for your team. Supporting colleagues through difficult situations and using coaching skills to work through any key issues.

The role will work closely with the Head of People in reporting key highlighted issues and supporting with onboarding journeys.

Are you solutions-driven?

You must be a good listener and truly understand the wants and needs of colleagues and push for any changes. A passion for learning and development is a must.
