Are you passionate about Learning and Development and ready for a new challenge?
We are excited to be working with a well-known retailer in their search for a Learning and Development Manager as they transition through a period of change.
Reporting into the People Director you will support in the delivery of the learning and development agenda for the company, developing and overseeing programmes and working on people companywide projects including mental health, and D&I.
Do you enjoy managing people?
You will be a people manager to an L&D Advisor who is also new in their role and your team will be a lynchpin in the people team helping to deliver a best-in-class people offering to colleagues.
Have you good influencing skills?
In this key role you will build, influence, and maintain strong business relationships with People Partners and key stakeholders across all levels of the business.
As the business goes through a period of change you will play a huge part in management of training interventions, coaching managers on leadership capability and you will have the opportunity to be involved in specific projects.
The offer excellent benefits and a basic salary of £40,000.
