A Purley-based business is looking to recruit a Group Head of HR to support their People function.
The role offers the opportunity to create a people-centric HR function that is pragmatic and commercial and embraces best practices to align and work with the senior leaders in a dynamic, successful, and growing business.
Are you a strategically involved leader?
In this role, you will formulate and deliver a strategic and tactical HR plan that underpins and supports the direction of the Group. You will develop and enhance strategies, policies and processes to strengthen the people proposition.
You will be an excellent communicator and fantastic at engaging and building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders - these relationships are key to this role.
As a confident Business Partner who is solutions-driven, resourceful and forward-thinking, you will have an agile outlook.
You will have a minimum of four years’ experience in a management role and ideally be CIPD qualified.

You must be prepared to travel to other Group businesses on occasion as they are UK-wide.
