As the Fraud & Financial Crime Manager, you’ll lead, mentor, and develop a team of investigators, driving operational excellence, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across all fraud and financial crime activities.
What you’ll do:
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering growth and accountability.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Detect, investigate, and respond to suspicious activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including law enforcement.
- Drive process improvements and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Implement strategies to prevent losses and safeguard the organisation.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in banking or financial services with expertise in fraud prevention, detection, investigations, or AML.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and financial crime risks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ethical, organised, and capable of prioritising in a fast-paced environment.
