A full-service digital marketing agency is looking for a Digital Performance Manager to join their team.
This role is based in Newcastle with hybrid working available.
Salary £30,000 - £35,000
Role:
Working closely with the in-house and external delivery teams you will be central to the creation and execution of highly effective, integrated marketing campaigns that drive positive results for clients’ businesses.
Responsibilities:
Driving results through traditional and digital marketing activities for our clients
Owning campaign conversion rates - working with our delivery teams to improve conversions and other business-critical KPIs
Using website data, insights and statistics effectively to make informed decisions across our business
Devising clear and concise reports that evidence results for each of our service lines, including the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing progress towards KPIs both internally and externally
Working closely with Allies Group colleagues and board members to build and constantly evolve our digital marketing strategies
Working alongside your colleagues to deliver campaigns that are consistent with clients’ overall marketing objectives and brand
Living by our mantra that good isn’t good enough and striving for continual improvement in all aspects of our digital marketing
Becoming the beacon holder for all things marketing within our business
Taking ownership of your professional development to keep your knowledge current
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments, employing competitor and industry research to ensure we maintain our position as a market leader locally and nationally
Requirements:
Proven track record in digital marketing in a similar role with 3+ years of experience
Ability to develop award-winning marketing strategies for our clients
Evidenced direct input in campaigns that have delivered results, either agency or in-house
A demonstrable understanding of where on and off-line marketing fits in the client's overarching business strategy
Proven ability to think commercially and deliver campaigns that drive demonstrable return on investment
Demonstrable experience in applying innovative ideas and creativity to solve problems, and identify opportunities with proven positive outcomes
Proven experience in Google Analytics
