About the role
An award-winning North East Law Firm with national presence are looking to add to their Compliance team in their Newcastle office. This is initially on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday with hybrid working available.
As a Compliance Administrator, you will need to be proactive, self-motivated and organised, and be an experienced Administrator with a legal or professional services background.
About the role:
You will provide admin support for the risk and compliance department including general admin duties such as photocopying, filing, organising meetings, and minute taking
Check new client details including ID documents
Support with Data Subject Access Requests
Manage compliance inbox and make sure all enquiries are up to date
Support with information security incidents and data breach logging and KPI reporting
Manage client info on the CRM
Experienced administrator having worked within Professional Services or Legal Sectors
Professional, confident and inquisitive
Excellent attention to detail
Familiar with IT packages including MS Office, software and hardware
