About the role
Our client, a law firm in Newcastle whose long-term success speaks for itself, are looking to recruit a Team Assistant into their Newcastle Office. This role is offered on a full time permanent basis, working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, with hybrid working available depending on business needs.
As a Team Assistant, you will be self-motivated and organised, and have experience of working within a busy team, as well as being able to communicate with clients and colleagues of all levels across the firm.
About the role:
•File opening and management
•Paper and electronic filing, mailbox management, file closure and document storage
•Diary management including arranging internal and external meetings, and telephone and video conferences
•Manage meeting rooms including arrange refreshments and equipment
•Document management including document production
•Liaising with clients as required and assist the project administrator
About you:
•Strong communicator and good people skills
•Self-motivated and organised
•Previous admin and some secretarial experience
•Strong attention to detail
•Literate in all MS Office packages
