This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual looking to launch their career in the construction industry as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing cash flows, budgets, and valuations in line with company policies.
Support in building and maintaining relationships with Housing Associations, third-party providers, and sub-contractors.
Assist with land appraisals, commercial reports, and KPIs.
Help ensure all expenditure aligns with commercial objectives and is reported accurately.
What We’re Looking For:
Some exposure or interest in Quantity Surveying or the construction industry
Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.
A Full UK driving license and a flexible attitude to business needs.
