As they continue to grow rapidly, this is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Content Marketer to join their Marketing team.
This is a full-time role based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Hybrid working available.
Job purpose:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working collaboratively with the Marketing, Sales, Product and Studio Teams, you will play an integral role in planning and creating engaging B2B and B2C content to support marketing campaigns and creative strategies. You’ll possess the desire to become an expert of our customers and will create content that engages our existing audiences and attracts new healthcare professionals and providers.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting the team in producing creative and engaging content to increase customer engagement and attract new business. This will include website product pages, blog posts, newsletters, advert copy, product brochures, and video scripts.
Proofreading any content to ensure consistency and quality control
Developing and owning the content strategy across the channels most effective for distribution to the target audience (e.g. blog posts, email, sponsored third-party content)
The skills and experience which they are looking for are:
Essential
2+ years of experience in an exclusively copywriting or content marketing role
Has excellent writing, editing & proofreading skills in both long, short and creative copy
Understands content marketing channel best practices, including SEO, social media, and email
Passionate about the health-tech industry or NHS
Takes a highly creative approach, is able to think outside the box and is willing to test different approaches to find the right one
The ability to multi-task and manage several briefs/projects at a time
Proactive and a self-starter
Desirable
Experience writing for healthcare organisations, and knowledge of the NHS and its structure
An eye for design and the ability to use creative tools such as Canva to produce supporting graphics for your content
Experience in a product marketing role
