About the role
We are currently seeking a People Systems Manager to join a professional services firm based in Newcastle on a permanent basis.
Hybrid and flexible working are available.
The People Systems Manager will work as part of the People Services team taking charge of the organisations People System in the within UKIMEA region. The role will ensure seamless functioning of HR systems and processing.
Have proven working knowledge in People system management and implementations.
Ensure data integrity and optimise processes.
Manage and implement system upgrades.
Align system changes with People Strategy.
Standardise processes across the region and globally.
Plan and execute change management strategies.
Be comfortable with a changing environment and new technologies.
Have detailed knowledge of People best practices, processes and systems.
Have strong influencing skills and relationship-building capability.
Have previous experience in a People-focused Shared Services role.
The People Systems Managers role will be to ensure seamless functionality and efficiency in the region. You will safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of employee data, working closely with the Global People Systems team to implement upgrades and take charge of user acceptance testing for any system changes, aligning them with our People Strategy.
How we will reward you:
A salary between £42,000 and £50,000 depending on experience.
