As an integral part of the people team you will be working in a generalist capacity supporting with various duties and people-related queries.
They are in the process of implementing a new system so some experience in this area would be beneficial

Supporting with Employee Relations
Skills:
Ideally CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
Generalist HR experience
