Part Time People Advisor

About the role

Are you seeking a part-time role that offers an excellent work-life balance? We are working with a well-established brand in Newcastle Upon Tyne to find the ideal candidate for an exciting opportunity as a People Advisor in their HR department.

  • As an integral part of the people team you will be working in a generalist capacity supporting with various duties and people-related queries.

  • They are in the process of implementing a new system so some experience in this area would be beneficial

  • Employee Lifecycle

  • Supporting with various recruitment activities

  • Employee engagement initiatives

  • Various ad-hoc HR

  • Performance management

  • Supporting with Employee Relations

Skills:

  • Ideally CIPD Level 5 or equivalent

  • Generalist HR experience
