About the role
Operations Administrator
Our client is a global music accessory manufacturer, who distribute a range of products across multiple premium brands throughout Europe and internationally.
Their Head Office is based on the outskirts of Newcastle. As someone who has experience as an administrator, you will provide support to Finance, Marketing and Logistics as required.
This will be a full time, permanent role, with a flexible shift pattern available between 08:30 – 17:30.
About the role:
Process purchase invoices and transactions
Reconcile company credit cards and expenses
Procure office supplies
Meeting preparations and planning, take notes and set agendas
Oversee travel and hospitality arrangements
Customer service on the phone
Calendar management
About you:
Excellent communication skills
Professional and conscientious
Organised and forward-thinking
Experience isn’t essential for this role but a willingness to learn, a great personality and strong work ethic is more important.
