Onboarding Project Manager

About the role

We are excited to partner with a high-growth SaaS company headquartered in Manchester. With a global presence, they support some of the largest brands across the world by providing competitive pricing intelligence.

With over 100 team members globally, they operate with high energy and creativity, allowing them to stay innovative and be market leaders.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and hard-working Onboarding Project Manager to help onboard new clients, mostly large global retailers and brands, into a technical environment.

The day-to-day

  • Hands-on management of new onboarding, both with clients and internally.
  • Manage project scope and client expectations.
  • Create and maintain project documentation.
  • Manage communication with client and internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient onboarding.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Contribute to the overall development of the company.

    • What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience of client onboarding in a tech business.
  • Strong work ethic and grit - this is a challenging and fast-paced role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills and technical skills generally.
  • Knowledge of SaaS or Paas.
