Office Administrator

About the role

A business in North Tyneside is looking to add an administrator into their friendly office in North Shields. Supporting the site and office based teams, you will have previous experience in an administrative role, and able to work in a fast-paced and varied environment.

This role is offered on a permanent basis, working 8.30-5 Monday to Thursday, and 8.30-4 on a Friday.

About the role:

• General admin including filing, scanning and printing documents; and mail duties

• Booking accommodation nationwide

• Answering calls and responding to queries

• Processing invoices, expenses and timesheets

• Track employees’ holiday and sickness

• Order PPE and observe stock levels

About you:

• Previous experience as an office administrator

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-sufficient and punctual

• Good knowledge of MS Office
