A revolutionary and rapidly growing high-tech Financial Services provider are looking for an IT Technician to join their team in Newcastle.
You will provide a high level of server support, user support and telephony support to the head office and staff members so you’ll have strong technical know-how and interpersonal skills.

Office-based with a Monday to Friday schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting head office & remote staff at all levels
- Resolving software, hardware and wireless/network connectivity issues
- Remote support to staff on other sites including occasional site visits
- Ensuring meeting room A/V equipment is operational
- Using Active Directory
Some Knowledge in:
- Managing and maintaining the servers (VMWARE)
- Creating user accounts
- Installing job-specific programs required by some staff (for example: Sage, Access Accounts, Visio)
The ideal candidate would be someone with a strong passion for IT who enjoys solving problems and actively contributing to the success of the IT Support team.
