About the role

The following role is a 6 month contract engagement INSIDE IR35.

We are seeking a Security Delivery Lead to support a geographically diverse cybersecurity team within an enterprise manufacturing organisation. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering security projects, providing internal advisory across business functions, and leading incident response efforts.

Ideal Candidate

  • Based in the EU time zone with flexibility to collaborate globally

  • Strong technical skills with the ability to lead and challenge effectively
  • Experience working in smaller security teams with wide-ranging responsibilities
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Structured, pragmatic, and able to prioritise effectively
  • A team player with leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
