Craig Dalziel brings 12 years of recruitment expertise, specializing in IT markets across the UK, Central and Eastern Europe, and the USA. His experience spans both permanent and contract recruitment, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the industry. Craig has a proven track record working across a diverse range of markets, including Dynamics, Java, Cyber Security, and .NET.

More recently, his focus has shifted to cybersecurity and infrastructure roles, where he continues to leverage his extensive expertise, getting involved with the North East Cyber cluster, offering market advice and helping to encourage talent growth.

Having been a hiring manager himself, Craig understands the unique challenges associated with recruiting and retaining talent. He is committed to upskilling his teams to enhance the candidate and client experience. His key skills include active listening, problem-solving, and the ability to expertly match talent with opportunity in a quick and efficient manner.

Originally from Scotland, Craig now calls the North East of England home, where he lives with his wife of 10 years, their three children, and 3-year old Labrador, Bonnie. When not working, Craig can be seen coaching his eldest son's grassroots football team or chauffeuring his kids to their next club/ party!
