Internal Communications Business Partner
Full-time – 37 hours per week
Salary – up to £49,000 with excellent benefits
Location – Durham with hybrid working available
We are working with a well-known company who are looking for an experienced Internal Communications professional to join their team on a fixed term 12-month contract.
In this role you will be supporting the Internal Communications Manager to deliver the internal communications strategy.
The role
Produce high-quality, creative content for all internal channels.
Work closely with the Productivity and Collaboration team for a new SharePoint Intranet and any new and emerging communication technology.
Deliver proactive, targeted and measurable colleague communication initiatives and campaigns, designed to drive colleague engagement and generate business results.
Drive continuous improvement by consistently evaluating communications activity.
Work with other Corporate Affairs and Marketing teams to ensure that projects and campaigns are fully integrated into wider communications plans.
Provide internal communications training and support as and when required.
About you
Experience in a senior Internal Communications role, preferably from a range of different sectors.
Proven track record in leading multi-faceted internal communications campaigns in a large organisation.
Demonstrate experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, SharePoint in particular.
Related professional qualification (IoIC Diploma or equivalent)
