Role Overview:
As a Solicitor within our clients small, busy, and established team, you will report directly to the Group General Counsel. You will handle a diverse range of legal matters for a large, market-leading national business during an exciting period of expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to provide quality and timely advice on commercial and regulatory matters, though the role offers a wide variety of tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
Our client are seeking applications from Solicitors with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and a willingness to undertake broader in-house legal responsibilities, including IP, Data Protection, and Regulatory matters, as well as ad-hoc legal queries from the business.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves close collaboration with other departments and field operations. The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders is crucial, especially given our highly regulated sector.
