Are you an HR generalist looking for a new challenge?

We are delighted to be supporting our national client, a healthcare company with a presence in Darlington to find an HR Advisor to join their supportive team. (Remote Working) with Occasional Travel.

They have an ambitious people plan over the next few years and this role will be key to the delivery in timescales.

As Divisional HR Advisor you will be a key member of the People Team and will be responsible for providing professional support to their location managers and the HR Manager.

You will bring with you excellent organisation and communication skills and an attitude of ‘let’s get this done’ along with basic employment law knowledge.

As part of a proactive, innovative, and responsive People Team you will act as the first point of contact for HR queries, ER issues, compliance, and reports. Experience of TUPE would be advantageous. CIPD Level 5 qualification.

Starting salary of £29,075, remote working, pension scheme and other benefits.
