We are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic Gateshead based organisation in their search of a Head of People to join their team.
The role will provide pivotal support to the Director of People in a very hands-on strategic role with responsibility of managing a small People team.
This is a truly exciting opportunity for someone who is currently managing a team and looking for the next step in their career and looking for a collaborative role.
Working closely with the Director of People and OD you will bey key in making sure that they are able to attract, retain the best talent, create a positive and inclusive working environment, and develop and support their people to deliver the business strategic plan.
You will lead and manage the People team to provide high quality end to end employee life cycle, lead on the People Operational Plan, ensuring that objectives are delivering progress towards the strategic People Priority and deadlines and targets are achieved.
The right person will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective people interventions, policies procedures linked to strategic priorities. Strong leadership and management skills with evidence of developing teams and individuals to support performance and growth.
Salary scale is £51,456 - £54,592 with a generous pension scheme + many more excellent benefits. The role is full time office based.
